Livingston Council Cancels Meeting Due To Snowstorm

As the snow continues to fall in town, Livingston Patch has compiled a list of what you need to know during the storm.Â
A winter storm warning has been issued for all of North Jersey starting that will extend from noon Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.Â
The storm will bring more extreme cold weather with wind gusts up to 30 miles per hour, making it feel as low as 10-below zero during the overnight hours Tuesday, the NWS said.

The Livingston Council announced around 2 p.m. that its meeting scheduled for Tuesday evening is canceled. ÂLivingston Police Contact

Public-street parking is prohibited when roads are covered with snow in Livingston.ÂNJ Transit, Cross-Honoring Tickets Through Wednesday
NJ TRANSIT is cross-honoring tickets on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to its website.Â
Customers can use their ticket or pass on an alternate travel mode — rail, light rail or bus — including private bus carriers.Â
