Dealership Recognized for Providing High-Quality Customer Service by Leading Consumer Review Website
EATONTOWN, N.J. (February 4, 2021) - Circle BMW, one of the region’s leading BMW dealerships, has been recognized by DealerRater.com, the world’s leading car dealer review website, as the 2021 New Jersey BMW Dealer of the Year and a 2021 DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award winner. Each year, DealerRater recognizes auto dealerships across the U.S. and Canada who deliver outstanding customer service, based on consumer reviews written on DealerRater.com. This is the first time Circle BMW has been recognized as the State’s top BMW dealer and sixth consecutive year that Circle BMW has been awarded the DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award.
The DealerRater Dealer of the Year Awards are based on reviews by new and used car shoppers and those who took their vehicles into dealerships for service. Reviewers evaluated Circle BMW on its customer service, quality of work, friendliness, pricing and overall experience.

Circle BMW has demonstrated a high PowerScore™ rating for customer satisfaction, placing it in the top of its class. Consumer Satisfaction Awards are given to the top 10 percent of U.S. new-car dealers based on their PowerScore™, as well as top independent and Canadian dealerships that receive at least 25 annual reviews and maintain a minimum average PowerScore™ rating of 4.0 out of 5.0.
The PowerScore™ is determined using a Bayesian algorithm that factors the dealership’s average DealerRater consumer rating and the total number of reviews written about the dealership during the 2020 calendar year.
