Eighty Percent Of Elderly Eatontown Residents Are Vaccinated
According to data released by the State Department of Health, close to half of eligible Eatontown residents have gotten at least one shot.

EATONTOWN – Eighty percent of all senior residents in Eatontown are fully vaccinated, according to data released by the state’s Department of Health on Monday.
The state's COVID-19 dashboard has a town-by-town breakdown by percentage of every person who has been partially or fully vaccinated.

- Eatontown population with at least one dose: 47 percent of all ages, 58 percent of adults (18 and older), and 93 percent of seniors (65 and older).
- Eatontown population fully vaccinated: 34 percent of all ages, 43 percent of adults, and 80 percent of seniors.
A goal to fully vaccinate 70 percent of all adults or 4.7 million people in the state by the end of June was set by state officials. As of Monday afternoon, about 3.6 million people in New Jersey have been fully vaccinated.
All people 16 and older in New Jersey are eligible for vaccination, but sixteen- and 17-year-olds can only get the Pfizer two-dose vaccine.
