Long Branch Police Say Missing City Girl Has Been Found

Inaayah Brown, 17, had been missing for over a month.

LONG BRANCH, NJ - Inaayah Brown, 17, a city girl who went missing over a month ago, has been located, Long Branch police said on the department's Facebook page.

Police said she was found on Sept. 28, but did not say where she was found.

She went missing while heading to visit her grandmother over a month ago.

Police said when they announced she was missing that she was known to frequent Trenton, Newark, Red Bank and Asbury Park. They also said then that her grandmother believed she might be in New York City.

Brown was last seen wearing a blue jumper. She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds, police said
