Shore Regional Makes Newsweek's List of Top 1,000 Schools
School comes in at number 714 on list.

Newsweek magazine announced the top 1,000 schools in the United States and Shore Regional High School made the list.
According to the magazine, “This year, our ranking highlights the best 1,000 public high schools in the nation—the ones that have proven to be the most effective in turning out college-ready grads."
Shore Regional High School is number 714 on the Newsweek's list.

The list is based on six components provided by school administrators: graduation rate (25 percent), college matriculation rate (25 percent), AP/IB/AICE tests taken per student (25 percent), average SAT/ACT scores (10 percent), average AP/IB/AICE scores (10 percent), and AP courses offered per student (5 percent).
Shore Regional has has a 99 percent graduation rate and 99 percent of students are college-bound. The average SAT score is 1562 and the average ACT score is 21.9.
