LONG VALLEY, NJ — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.

• Reason for recognition: Reason for recognition:Deb has devoted her time to rescuing cats with both the Trap and Release and Trapping, Nursing them back to health and finding homes when possible. She is currently trying to save the life of an adorable kitten with severe congestion problems.
