E-Commerce Company Inks 570,777 Square Foot Lease In Mt. Olive

The leased space on Bartley-Chester Road is among New Jersey's largest available warehouse spaces.

MONT OLIVE, NJ — US Elogistics Service Corp. last week inked a 570,777 square-foot lease in Mount Olive as part of an ongoing expansion of its distribution centers.

The leased warehouse space is located at 703 Bartley-Chester Road and makes up some of the state's largest available warehouse space, Cushman & Wakefield said in a press release. All told, the 230-acre site offers 845,000 square feet of warehouse.

Yuriy Gutkin, Elogistic’s Director of Real Estate, said in the the release that the new facility will help US Elogistics continue to grow and respond to industry needs.

"After observing the evolution of the e-commerce sector, we decided that now was the right time to acquire another warehouse close to one of our headquarters in New Jersey..." Gutkin said in part in a statement. "The new building will give us the chance to take on even more business and offer affordable storage and fulfillment solutions to our clients all over the world."

According to Cushman & Wakefield's Charles Fern, the warehouse space offers Elogistic a variety of "plug-and-play" features including "fully racked, 49-foot cubic storage capacities and over 100,000 pallet positions."

The remainder of the 845,000 square feet of warehouse space is marketed by Cushman & Wakefield. According to the release, it makes up one of the largest blocks of available modern warehouse space in the New Jersey and Northern Pennsylvania markets.
