LONG VALLEY - On Monday, March 15th at 7 p.m., Washington Township Public Library will host "Hearty & Healthy Sandwiches with Chef Jay." Join Chef Jay Glassberg live over Zoom for a step-by-step guide to making six delicious recipes:
- Grilled Grouper Sandwich
- Gourmet Turkey Burger
- Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza (vegetarian)
- Classic Banh Mi - Vietmanese Sandwich (vegetarian)
- Italian Grilled Cheese (vegetarian)
- Shuco - Guatemalan Hot Dog
