Girls-Only Boy Scout Troop Holding Open House In Long Valley
The troop says they'll offer all the same outdoors activities they already do for boys, just in a girls-only setting.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Long Valley's girls-only Boy Scout Troop is holding their first open house for interested girls and their daughters.
Troop 336 is limited to female membership. An open house will be held on Sunday, Feb. 10 from 1-3 p.m. at the Long Valley Presbyterian Church on Bartley Road.
This is the troop's first year in Long Valley, and is open to girls in grades six through 12. Troops will not be mixed gender, but girls and boys will go through the same ranks and steps in the program, including the ability to earn the rank of Eagle Scout. The uniforms will also be basically the same.
