Holiday Lights of New York City - A Virtual Tour

Washington Twp. Public Library will host this free program over Zoom on Monday, December 21 at 7 p.m.

LONG VALLEY - On Monday, December 21 at 7 p.m., Washington Township Public Library will host "Holiday Lights of New York City." This slide lecture, by licensed NYC Sightseeing Guide Mario Medici, will begin at 59th and Lexington, and will meander through the streets of New York City viewing the holiday lights and window decorations, as only New York City can do it. Slides will include, among others, the UNICEF Snowflake, Radio City Music Hall, the Channel Gardens at Rockefeller Center, and a host of gayly decorated storefronts and hotels, including Saks, Trump Tower, and St. Patrick’s. The lecture will include some historical facts of the key sights, and works of art, making the experience much more enjoyable and entertaining.
