(Staff)

LONG VALLEY - On Monday, March 29th at 7 p.m., Washington Township Public Library will host Nolan Asch live over Zoom for "The Life of Eleanor Roosevelt." Who was F.D.R.'s eyes, ears and legs from 1933 to 1945? Who was the first (and probably only) first lady to write a daily newspaper column and host a weekly radio show and write a monthly magazine column? Who was the first U.S. delegate to the U.N. from 1945 to 1952? And much more? Eleanor Roosevelt! Nolan Asch, who has previously presented on Woodstock, Alexander Hamilton, Benjamin Franklin, Winston Churchill, and more, returns to discuss the life of this amazing first lady. Registration is required so we can send you a link to attend. Click here to sign up.
