Long Valley Girl Competes On Chopped Jr.
Her episode will air the second week of March.

LONG VALLEY, NJ— Long Valley's own Olivia Acosta will appear on Food Network's Chopped Jr. She'll be competing in the first of a four part competition to be chosen as a kid judge.
"Olivia is 9 and loves to cook. She watches food network regularly and loves the cooking competitions, especially the kid ones," Olivia's mom Maya told Patch. "She decided she wanted to try out to get on Chopped Jr. so we applied and she was chosen!"
Chopped Jr. is the kid friendly version of Chopped, where chefs must come up with recipes on the fly using a surprise ingredients.

Olivia's episode will air on the Food Network on March 8 at 8 p.m.
