Long Valley Man Accused Of Groping Teen At Kohls: Police
Police say the alleged incident happened in the bathroom of the Mansfield Kohl's last month.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — A Long Valley man is accused of groping a teen boy in the Mansfield Kohl's bathroom last month, police said.
Benjamin Vanvalen, 21, was arrested at his Long Valley home on Oct. 24, five days after the alleged groping, police said. He has been charged with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a juvenile.
The teen boy reportedly told police that he was in the bathroom when a man, later alleged to be Vanvalen, approached him from behind, grabbed his buttocks, and smiled at him, before going into a stall, police said.

Vanvalen is being held at the Warren County Jail with an upcoming hearing.
