Long Valley Man Reunites With Officers Who Helped Save Him
Nearly one year after suffering cardiac arrest, Nathan Echols paid a visit to the Washington Township Police Department.

LONG VALLEY, NJ - Nearly one year after suffering cardiac arrest, Nathan Echols paid a visit to the Washington Township Police Department to thank them for helping save his life.
On June 11, 2020 Corporal Tom Falleni and Patrol Officer Kevin Barnes responded to a reprt of cardiac arrest and immediately began cardiopulmonary resuscitation of Echol, as well as the use of the AED, police said.
Echols was transported by ground to the Benedict A. Cucinella School on Naughright Road, where he was then flown to Morristown Medical Center by NorthStar Helicopter, police said.

Almost one year later Echols has made a full recovery, police said.
