LONG VALLEY, NJ — A 19-year-old Long Valley man was arrested and charged by the Washington Township Detective Bureau with 2nd degree sexual assault and two counts of criminal sexual contact stemming from an incident in 2018, according to authorities.
The teen was processed according to departmental procedures and was issued Juvenile Complaints due to being a juvenile when the crimes were committed, police said. The man was issued a court date in Morris County Family Court.
Because the crime occurred when the teen was a juvenile, his identity will not be released, police said.
