Morris Co. Man Threw Cigarette At Shop That Burned: Prosecutor
The Budd Lake resident was charged in connection a fire at the Ye Old Mill Shoppe, according to officials.
FLANDERS, NJ — A Budd Lake man was charged in connection to a store that burned early morning last Sunday, according to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
Anthony Rondan, 29, was accused of discarding a lit cigarette while inside the store, known as Ye Old Mill Shoppe, on Route 206, according to officials.
Rondan was charged with one count of failure to report a dangerous fire and one count of criminal trespass, and was released after the arrest.
