Washington Township Recreation “Mommy and Me” Yoga classes are the perfect setting for children to have mom or dad’s undivided focus, and what’s better than that? Mommy and Me Yoga is a fun yoga class for moms, dad, or guardians and child to gain strength, flexibility, concentration and balance while bonding with each other. This class is designed for parents or guardians to practice yoga with their child. Parents can practice yoga while caring for the children and enjoy the company of other parents
Mommy and Me Yoga for ages 4-7 is scheduled for Tuesday’s April 23-May 28, 2019 - 3:45pm-4:30 pm at the LV Teen Arts Center, 212 W. Mill Rd., L.V., NJ 07853.
Each participant must register and sign a Hold Harmless Agreement before they are able to attend the class. There is a nonrefundable fee due before April 16, 2019.
