Months-Long Closure Coming To Black River Road
Drivers will need to have a long-term alternate route during the construction.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — A months-long construction project is coming to Black River Road, and drivers are going to need a plan B, the Washington Township police department said.
The bridge on Black River Road will undergo repair work beginning on June 17. The road will be closed between Hacklebarney Road and County Route 512 during the work.
Repairs are expected to last between 60 and 90 days. Drivers should plan an alternate route during the work.
