LONG VALLEY, NJ — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we’re working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.

- Reason for recognition: For raising over $6,000 for the local Food Bank. Jean dedicated her time and expertise (she's a photographer) to take memorable photos of families sitting on their front steps.
- One thing to know: From a safe distance, she captured the days of quarantine so any family that wanted one, could have a memory of this time. All for any donation that family wanted to give to the food bank. She raised over $6,000 for a Food Bank that was in need!
