Schooley's Mountain Road Closed At Big Turn

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Schooley's Mountain Road is closed in both directions at the big turn Friday afternoon, Washington Township Office of Emergency management said.

Both lanes are closed as of 2:10 p.m. so JCP&L can make repairs, OEM said. They didn't say when they expect the road to reopen.

Drivers should follow the detour on East Springtown to Fairview Avenue.

There are no current outages in Washington Township, according to JCP&L.
