'Scruffy' Dog Found By Side Of Morris Co. Highway
"Scruffy" was given to the shelter by someone who claims she was found by the side of the highway. Do you know who her owner is?

PARSIPPANY, NJ — This senior dog is scruffy in more ways than one. Potentially named Scruffy, she was turned over to the Parsippany Animal Shelter in rough condition, and now the shelter wants more information on her owner.
Scruffy was brought to the shelter by someone who claims to have found her on Route 80 west, near Route 202, shelter officials said. "She is very old, emaciated, dirty, and has matted fur. Although she's not in the best physical condition, she has a sweet disposition," the shelter said.
She is currently receiving medical care, and her preliminary blood work looks good for a dog of her age.
