LONG VALLEY, NJ — A downed tree is causing traffic troubles on Schooley's Mountain Road Thursday morning.
The three is down near James Trail. Traffic is going on an alternating lane basis.
Drivers should expect delays, and take another route if possible. It's not clear when the tree will be removed.
