Driver Narrowly Avoids Overturning Truck In Long Valley

LONG VALLEY, NJ — A pick-up truck narrowly avoided being crushed by a tractor trailer when it rolled over Tuesday morning, the Long Valley First Aid Squad said.

The roll-over happened around 9:30 a.m. on Naughright Road. The driver of the pick-up truck was able to avoid the truck as it rolled onto its side.

Two people were taken by the first aid squad for treatment.

Naughright road was closed for about three hours as crews worked to mitigate a fuel spill and remove the truck.
