Washington Township Recreation Accepting Letters to Santa

Children will receive a customized reply from "Santa" by Christmas, Recreation Director Darlene Hatcher said.

WASHINGTON TWP., N.J.– The Washington Township Recreation Department will begin collecting letters to Santa on Monday.

Children will receive a customized reply from "Santa" by Christmas, Recreation Director Darlene Hatcher said.

Letters can be dropped in the red drop box at the Recreation Department office (50 Rock Road), the Washington Township Library, or be mailed to Washington Towship Recreation, 50 Rock Road, Long Valley, N.J. 07853, Attn: Santa Claus.

Hatcher said all letters should include the child's first and last name, as well as a complete return address.

The deadline is Dec. 15.
