West Morris Central's 'Hunchback' Honored

LONG VALLEY, NJ - West Morris Central Theatre picked up three awards at the 2020 Foxy Awards through Montclair State University on May 19.

The prizes were for their fall production of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame."

The show was honored for:

• Outstanding Performance by a Supporting Actor in a Dramatic Stage Adaption of a Literary Work or Film: Lars Olsen
• Outstanding Performance by a Lead Actress in a Dramatic Stage Adaptation of a Literary Work or Film: Marisol Medina
• Outstanding Production of a Dramatic Stage Adaptation of a Literary Work or Film

"We are so proud of the entire cast and crew for their achievements in bringing Victor Hugo's The Hunchback of Notre Dame to life on the stage this past Fall," the district said in a release. "Stay tuned for their next production; we hope you can all come out to support these amazing students."
