MAHWAH, NJ - A $10 million Mahwah home — the only gated property in the Rio Vista development — remains on the market months after it was first listed.

The house also features a game room, two living rooms, spa with an eight-person hot tub and a massage room.

Construction on the house, which took 10 years, was completed in 2012.
The house was first listed in June 2015 for $12 million but was taken off the market in September. It went back on the market in October with a $10.5 million price tag, according to Zillow, a real estate listing agency.

The annual property taxes on the property were $57,000 in 2015.
