Annual Adoption Day Sunday

Welcome to Future Friends, a weekly Patch column highlighting a selection of adoptable pets from around the area. This week's pets hail from Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge (RBARI): 

Mahoney

Mahoney is a fun-loving 2 year old Beagle. He was rescued from a local shelter. He is full of personality. He loves his toys and going hiking. He is looking for a active home that can give him the training,exercise and love that he needs. 

Puppies

A litter of Miniature Pinscher/Boxer puppies are available for adoption. Come meet these adorable sibs. 

Jenni

Jenni is an Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler)/German Shepherd Dog mix with the best of both breeds—loyal, loving and very smart. She is great with cats, small and large breed dogs. She is currently in a foster home waiting to be adopted. She is truly a great dog and very cute (her pictures don't do her justice). She is a great size at 45lbs.

Molly

Molly was found in a warehouse with her three little babies, who have all been adopted. She is  a beautiful tortoiseshell cat with a cute meow.

Shenandoah

Shenandoah is a baby tabby girl with white socks, who is a cutie pie and very social. 

If you are interested in any RBARI pet, complete their Online Adoption Application or visit the shelter during adoption hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 8 p.m.  Wednesdays from 12 to 4 p.m., by appointment only, and Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Animal Adoption Day in Franklin Lakes Sunday

On Sunday, the  will be holding its annual Animal Adoption Day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring adoptable pets from local shelters and collecting supplies for the local shelters, including RBARI.
