Jaguar Land Rover North America Assembles Unique Pride Flag

MAHWAH, NJ — This may just be the fastest Pride Flag in the country.

Each June, Jaguar Land Rover North America reflects on the catalysts for social change and engages LGBTQ+ colleagues, friends, family and allies to celebrate local efforts and achievements, a spokesperson said.

This year, in recognition of Pride Month, Jaguar assembled a cadre of 2021 F-PACE SVR performance sport-utility vehicles painted in the colors of the rainbow to mark the occasion.

Jaguar invited Mahwah Mayor Jim Wysocki and members of the Mahwah Township Council to be among the first to see the collection.

"Seeing these impressive vehicles up close is incredible, but knowing what they represent makes them even more special," Wysocki said.

"Mahwah is proud to be the home of such a prestigious corporation who supports equality and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community."

The F-PACE SVR Pride fleet will be traveling throughout the country for the remainder of June, ahead of dispersal to regions across the United States.

The stripes of the rainbow are represented in Firenze Red and SV Palette special-order colors, including Atacama Orange, Sorrento Yellow, British Racing Green, Velocity Blue and Desire Deep Red, which can appear purple in certain light, a spokesperson said.

Locally, Mahwah Pride has scheduled the first Pride event for the township, scheduled for this week at Commodore Perry Field. Read more: Mahwah Pride Event Scheduled For Thursday
