Mahwah Pride Event Scheduled For Thursday
The event, hosted by the Mahwah Pride Coalition, will "celebrate Mahwah's LGBTQ+ community" at Commodore Perry Field.
MAHWAH, NJ — The Mahwah Pride Coalition is hosting a Pride event that will "celebrate Mahwah's LGBTQ+ community" this week in the township. It is the first event of its kind in the township, according to the coalition.
The event is scheduled for Thursday at Commodore Perry Field from 6 to 8 p.m.
Featured at the event will be speakers, including a keynote address from Deirdre "D" Belanfanti, and an art show featuring works from Mahwah artists.
