Mahwah to Host Town-Wide Garage Sale

The Mahwah Township Recreation Department announced this week a new event happening in April. For the first time, Mahwah will host a town-wide garage sale.

The Rec department released the following details:

Mahwah Recreation is hosting a town-wide garage sale on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (rain date is Sunday, April 28) open to Mahwah residents only. You can participate in this event in one of two ways! 

Option #1: 
Hold the garage sale at your home. Your address will be added to a master list of all participants and will be available for download on the Township website.

Option #2: 
Reserve a space at the Municipal Building parking lot.  Set up will be from 8-9 a.m. and you must stay until 3 p.m. You will be responsible to bring your own tables. No merchandise can be left at the location at the end of the day.   
The registration form can be found on the township website, www.mahwahtwp.org under Forms Center. The cost to participate is $5.    

Please send the completed form and payment no later than April 19, 2013.
