Mahwah Track Coach Inducted Into NJ Hall Of Fame
Robert Parker was named coach of the year by the Bergen County Women Coaches Association in 2009.

MAHWAH, NJ — Robert Parker, a longtime high school track and field coach, was inducted into the New Jersey State Coaches Association Hall of Fame Sunday.
Parker was named the Coach of the Year by the Bergen County Women Coaches Association in 2009. His team was named Team of the Year that same year.
Parker was one of two Mahwah High School coaches inducted into the hall of fame Sunday.

John Carty taught and coached basketball there for 22 years. He left a lasting impression on many kids there. The school gym is named after him. He died in 1990.
