Patrick Ewing Is Renting Out His Bergen Home For $25K A Month

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — NBA Hall of Famer Patrick Ewing's Cresskill mansion is still on the market more than three years after he first listed it for sale.

Now, the New York Knicks legend is trying to rent the property for $25,000 a month.

Ewing first listed the home for $7 million in 2015. The price was reduced to $6.5 million in 2016. In 2017, the price was dropped to $6 million and even lower in 2018 to $5.5 million.

It was last listed at $4.8 million.

The home, located in the Tamcrest Estates, was built in 2000. It features a wood-paneled office, elevator, a master bedroom suite with a fireplace, a walk-out basement with a media room, gym, recreation room, and a guest bedroom with a bathroom, according to a listing on Realtor.com.
