Pet Adoptions And Donation Event Saturday

Welcome to Future Friends, a weekly Patch column highlighting a selection of adoptable pets from around the area. This week's pets hail from Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge (RBARI).  

If you are interested in any RBARI pet, complete their Online Adoption Application or visit the shelter during adoption hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 8 p.m.  Wednesdays from 12 to 4 p.m., by appointment only, and Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

TODAY: Tattoos for Rescues Fundraiser, Saturday, April 16, from 1 to 6 p.m. at Shotsie’s Tattoo, 1275 Rt. 23 South, Wayne. Come honor your four-legged friend by getting a pawprint tattoo courtesy of Shotsie’s Tattoo. Minimum donation $50, 100 percent of which Shotsie’s will donate to RBARI. Temporary tattoo of a pawprint available for a donation of $10.

Hazel: An adult female Chocolate Lab

Chloe: A small, female baby Lhasa Apso/Poodle mix

Onyx: A small female adult black cat

Guthry: A medium adult male short hair cat
