Darlington’s 100-year-old Aeolian player organ, one of the last in the world, has been completely restored and is fully operational.

Restoring the mansion to its turn-of-the century look took as long as it did because 12,000 square feet was added to the house.

A professional tennis court, swimming pool, two cabanas, two fountains and an eight-car garage were also built.

More than 475 windows were installed to "protect the original character of the building," the original slate roof was replaced and the heating and air conditioning systems were replaced during the seven-year restoration.

The house is modeled after the historic Bramshill House in England. It was constructed from 1902 to 1907 and designed by James Brite, whose architectural firm Brite and Bacon designed the original Madison Square Garden and the Lincoln Memorial.
