The $7 million Alpine estate is owned by Russian billionaire Aras Agalarov, according to a report.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A billionaire Russian developer with ties to President Donald Trump's election campaign has listed his Alpine home for nearly $7 million.
Aras Agalarov owns the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate and has close ties to Russian President Vladmir Putin, a report by NJ.com states.
Agalarov's son Emin helped arrange a meeting with a Russian lawyer and Donald Trump Jr., the elder Trump's then-campaign manager Paul Manafort and his son-in-law Jared Kusher, according to The Washington Post.

Trump Jr. was told at the meeting that he could acquire high-level information that would be useful during his father's presidential campaign.
Emin Agalarov owns a Demarest home he listed for $2.9 million, the NJ.com report states. That house went on the market in September, according to Realtor.com.

According to Realtor.com, the property is 2.5-acre in size. The house is being sold fully furnished and features a built-in aquarium, two master bedroom suites, a recreation room, media rooms, gym with a sauna, wine cellar and three-car garage.
