Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?
Galinsky & Falange: We have been in Mahwah for six months under new ownership. The company has existed for about 10 years.

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Galinsky & Falange: What attracted us was the great product Primo Hoagies puts out: Daily fresh baked bread, top of the line meats and cheeses sliced to order and the great seasonings.
Patch: If you had to sum up your business mission to a stranger in five words, what would those words be?
Galinsky & Falange: Fresh, Delicious, MTO (made to order) Italian Hoagies.
Patch: What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your job?
Galinsky & Falange: The biggest challenge has been making the restaurant a clean, safe, COVID-free environment for customers and team members. We are very proud of our success in this area.
Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Galinsky & Falange: The most satisfying part of the job is the great feedback from our regular customers.
Patch: How would you say your business distinguishes itself from the others?
Galinsky & Falange: We separate ourselves with our menu. We have over 50 Italian-based, authentically created hoagies on the menu. None of our competitors offer the diversity of our Italian menu.
Patch: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given when it comes to success?
Galinsky & Falange: Work hard and remain positive!
Patch: Are there any new projects or endeavors you’re working on that you’re extra excited about?
Galinsky & Falange: We have an area development agreement with Primo Hoagies to open three locations in northern New Jersey over the next few years!
