Services For Mahwah's Mary Wall To Be Held Saturday

Wall, one of 11 children, had a heart attack while shoveling snow last month.

MAHWAH, NJ - Services for Mary Wall, the township woman who was found dead in the snow last month, will be held on Saturday.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. at the Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home, at 291 Bridgeport Avenue, in Milford, Conn. Visitation will precede the service from 1 to 3 p.m.

Wall was born in Bethlehem, Pa.; she was the daughter of the late James V. and Mary (Cullen) Gibbons. She was an information technology specialist for Teachers Retirement Systems in New York for many years.

She was a member of the Mahwah Hiking Club and enjoyed traveling.

Wall was one of 11 children. Her siblings were: James Vincent (Linda) Gibbons, Jr. of Oxford, Pa., Patrick Gibbons of Ansonia, Pa., Martin (Maribeth) Gibbons of Marlton, N.J., Joseph (Maureen) Gibbons of Marlborough, Mass., Sally (Wally) Rollins of Milford, Pa., Paul (Linda) Gibbons of Milford, Pa., Elaine Gibbons of Milford, Elizabeth (Art) McGregor of Lorton, Va., Robert (Carmen) Gibbons of Mauldin, S.C., and Carol Gibbons of Greenville, S.C. wife of her predeceased brother, Thomas Gibbons.

She was also a beloved aunt to 30 nieces and nephews. She leaves behind aunts and cousins, as well as her former husband Bob, and many dear friends.
