Wallace Dennison Jr., 66, Member Of Ramapough Mountain Indians Died Sept. 7

Dennison is survived by his twin sons and a daughter.

MAHWAH, NJ — Wallace E. Dennison Jr., 66, affectionately known as "June Bug," and "Junie," died Sept. 7, his son announced.

Dennison was born in Hackensack and raised in the Stag Hill section of the Ramapo Mountains. He was a proud native American and was a member of the Ramapough Mountain Indians, his son said.

Dennison's parents, Wallace Dennison Jr. and Gloria Mann Dennison, died when he was young. He was raised by his great uncle and Myrtle Degroat Mann.

He is survived by his twin sons Wallace and Joseph; daughter Nicole; brother Robert; sister Anna and grandchildren Wallace, Hialeah,Vyonna, Angelina and Gianna.

There will be a Repass Sunday at noon at the Ramapo Reformed Church in Mahwah.
