Yankee Fans Are In Better Shape Than Mets Fans: Report

A new report found that Yankee fans are in pretty good shape. Mets fans? Not so much.

NEW YORK, NY — Sorry to break it to you, Mets fans, but the Yankees have won another head-to-head battle. And this time, you can't blame the manager, only yourselves.

USBets recently surveyed fans across the country on their physical fitness to determine which fanbase is in the best shape, and which is in the worst.

Yankee fans ranked as the 10th most fit in the league, according to the survey results. Mets fans? Not so much.

The Mets finished above just five teams in terms of their fanbase's physical fitness, beating out only the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, Kansas City Royals, Tampa Bay Rays and Houston Astros.

The rankings were based on body mass index, how frequently fans exercise, how physically active they are throughout the day, if they can run one mile as well as how many push-ups and sit-ups they can perform.
