A Monmouth County grand jury has indicted a Brielle woman on drug and theft charges.
Caitlin E. Dapson, 23, is charged with third degree possession of heroin and cocaine, stemming from an April 9 case out of Wall Township.
The grand jury also indicted Dapson on a charge of unlawfully taking moveable property – specifically, jewelry, coins and silver, on the same date.
