MANASQUAN, NJ – Former Manasquan councilman Brian Holly is running on the Republican ticket alongside Lori Triggiano for the two seats up for election on the borough council against current councilman Jay Bryant and Charles Kelly this upcoming November.

Family: Married 40 years with three children, all graduates of MHS and College and five grandchildren

Why are you running for office?

To better represent the residents of Manasquan with regards to taxes, two-way communication on town issues and concerns, and to keep Manasquan the desirable town to live in and retire to.

What is your platform?

Control spending, Better planning, and oversight of town projects. Open and fair communications with residents on all town issues.

Do you have previous experience in the world of politics and government?

Manasquan Councilman in 1997. President of the Board, Teachers and Parents committee while an educator at Rumson-Fair Haven High School.

What is the most important issue facing your constituency, and how do you plan to deal with it?

Lack of fair and open debate with regards to town projects and spending as they pertain to future taxes.

Experience as a councilman, through knowledge of government with an open mind and long-time resident that values the future of Manasquan.
