1 Dead In Fatal Fire In Ocean Grove: Prosecutor
UPDATE: Prosecutors say they're investigating an overnight fatal fire in Monmouth County.

OCEAN GROVE – Prosecutors said on Thursday that they're investigating an overnight fatal fire in Monmouth County.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office confirmed that one person died during the overnight fire.
The victim is Michael Jennings, 52, who was transported to a local hospital and was later pronounced dead, according to the MCPO.

Jennings was located inside his apartment which he shared with his wife, Catherine Jennings, also 52. Catherine is currently listed in critical condition with injuries suffered in the fire, the MCPO said.
Two emergency response staff members were treated and released for minor injuries.

The fire is deemed not to be suspicious but an investigation is ongoing, prosecutors said.
