Hurricane Zeta remnants will soak New Jersey this week as storms are expected to hit the Garden State, bringing some of the first snowflakes to the northern areas.

The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook for the entire state, saying rounds of heavy rain will pass through on Thursday and Friday. Flash flooding is possible.
