The New Jersey Sandcastle Contest is coming to Belmar July 16.
The 28th Annual New Jersey Sandcastle Contest is scheduled to be held at the 18th Avenue beach starting at 8 a.m., contest organizers announced this week.
The contest will last until 12 noon and feature winners in a number of age group categories.
