2 Men Sought In Manchester Fraud Investigation

Manchester Township police are hoping someone recognizes one or both men seen in a surveillance photo.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township police are hoping residents may be able to identify two men seen on surveillance video from an ATM in connection with a fraud investigation.

The two men in the photo (see below) from an ATM in East Orange may have ties to Lakehurst and Manchester, police said.

"Unfortunately, this was the best shot of the person in the background, as his face was obscured throughout the video," police said.
