21 Grams Of Cocaine Seized, 2 Charged In Manchester Drug Probe
Authorities allege Anthony Wimbush and Brikel Morrison, both of South Toms River, were distributing cocaine from multiple motel rooms.

MANCHESTER, NJ — A pair of South Toms River residents are facing cocaine distribution charges following an investigation into drug distribution in Ocean County, Manchester police said.
Anthony Wimbush, 31, and Brikel Morrison, 29, were arrested Saturday, Manchester Lt. Vincent Manco said.
The investigation by Manchester's Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Narcotics Strike Force of the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office identified several motels in Ocean County and a storage facility that were being used to store and distribute cocaine, Manco said.

Detectives searched a storage unit, a motel room and a car on Saturday and seized 21 grams of cocaine and alprazolam tablets, both packaged for distribution, and a digital scale containing controlled dangerous substances, he said.
Morrison was in the motel room at the time and was arrested, Manco said. Wimbush turned himself in at the Manchester Township Police Department later Saturday evening. Both have been charged with possession with intent to distribute more than one-half ounce of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Schedule IV controlled dangerous substance, possession of cocaine, possession of a Schedule IV controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia and were being held at the Ocean County Jail pending detention hearings.

Also assisting with the investigation were detectives from the Stafford Township Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit, and the Toms River Police Department’s Emergency Services Unit and K-9 Unit assisted with the searches.
