MANCHESTER, NJ — Four people were injured Friday in a crash on Route 70 in Manchester that left one car resting on its side, police said.

Oscar Balcarcel, 20, of Lakewood, and Sean Spitz, 45, of Wayne, and Spitz's wife and son all were treated at hospitals following the crash, which was reported at 5:12 p.m. Friday, Manchester Capt. Todd Malland said.

Balcarcel was driving a black Honda Accord east on Route 70 and hit a black Lexus RX330 that was turning left from the westbound lane of Route 70 onto Route 571, Malland said. The Lexus overturned and wound up on its side in the middle of the road, while the Honda suffered front-end damage.
