MANCHESTER, NJ — A Burlington County man was arrested and crack cocaine and methamphetamine were seized following a drug investigation, Manchester police said.

Christian Troy, 34, of Browns Mills, was arrested following a traffic stop about 2:30 p.m. May 10 that resulted from a narcotics surveillance operation, Manchester Lt. Vincent Manco said.

The Manchester Narcotics Enforcement Team pulled over Troy’s 1998 Mercedes Benz in the area of County Route 571 and Pheasant Street, and officers found Troy had an infant in the car who was not fastened in a child safety seat, Manco said.
