MANCHESTER, NJ — Route 70 was reopened to traffic late Tuesday afternoon after a crash involving an overturned car was cleared.
Manchester police said the road was reopened after 4:30 p.m.
The crash involved an overturned car, according to photos posted by Ocean County Scanner News. The people who were in the car are out of it, the report said.
