It's Electric! When's The Best Chance For Thunderstorms This Week In Manchester?
Forecasters say thunderstorms are possible all week in the Ocean County area.

It’s sunny and beautiful right now, but showers and thunderstorms are on the way for later Sunday and possibly through the week, according to the National Weather Service.
Thunderstorm activity is expected to be more significant outside the immediate area, but the weather service says Ocean County still could see some.

For Sunday night, the chance of thunderstorms and rain is about 80 percent, but they’re not really expected to arrive until after 1 a.m.
On Monday, showers and thunderstorms are possible all day, with the highest likelihood of them occurring between noon and 3 p.m. The chance we will see rain is 90 percent, the service says.

Monday night the chances of rain drop to about 60 percent, but thunderstorms are still possible, with temperatures only dropping to about 70 degrees.
On Tuesday the heat returns and the possibility of thunderstorms is expected to be highest after 10 a.m., as temperatures rise to nearly 90 degrees, but the chance of rain is 40 percent, dropping overnight.
The service says Wednesday night and Thursday hold the highest possibility of thunderstorms for Ocean County, with showers and thunderstorms both listed as likely, particularly in the evening Wednesday.
Thursday night and Friday things should clear up -- just in time for graduations.
